combination of bolts & rivets.

of the wing upgrade plan.

 Aug 13, 2011 - Drilled front side skin to top edge of floor pan (top row of clecos).

 Aug 13, 2011 - Used fluting tool to bend L-angle to fit inside of front fuselage skin.

 Aug 13, 2011 - Fluted L-angle installed in front of center spar.

 Aug 13, 2011 - Gusset installed tying end of heel support to side skin. |
 Aug 14, 2011 -Installed horizontal L-angles on forward side skins.

 Aug 14, 2011 -Triangle gusset trimmed to fit curvature of forward side skins at the heel support. Black line indicates
where material was trimmed away.

 Aug 14, 2011 - Trimmed gusset drilled to heel support and curved vertical L-angle.

 Aug 15, 2011 - Locating rivet line in side skin for the firewall. Trick was trying to avoid the flutes in the firewall.

 Aug 15, 2011 - Z-angle installed in left side forward skin. These Z-angles are part of the upgrade kit.

 Aug 22, 2011 - Installing Front Seat Panel. Top drilled to top lip of center spar, and botton drilled to center of main
gear channel.

 Aug 23, 2011 - Trimmed and drilled Center Seat Back Support to the Rear Seat Panel and Top Seat Channel.

 Aug 30, 2011 - Installing Seat Back Side Angles. These lock the lower seat back to the side skin, and add more support.

 Aug 30, 2011 - Diagonal silver clecos indicate rivet line for the Side Angles.
