Oct 4, 2019 - Riverted the reinforcing L-angles to the saddle with A5 rivets.

Oct 4, 2019 - Installed fairiing on lower section of rudder.

Oct 4, 2019 - Plans call for down elevator limits between 12 to 15 degrees.

Oct 4, 2019 - Installed 1/8 inch nylon material as the elevator hard stops.

Oct 4, 2019 - After installation of the hard stops, the down deflection

settled in at 14.3 degrees.

Oct 15, 2019 - Removed the rudder. Ready for final cleanup. Riveted

the top support bracket with A5 rivets.

Oct 15, 2019 - Filed and smoothed all the trimmed edges.

Oct 15, 2019 - Riveted the rudder stops.

Oct 19, 2019 - Rerouted wiring for elevator trim and tail light to eliminate

interference with elevator cables and horns.

Oct 19, 2019 - Rerouted the wiring down the left side channel with wire clips.

Oct 19, 2019 - Also, riveted the lower elevator stops in place.

Oct 28, 2019 - Rough cut opening in bottom of rudder to accommodate tail light.

Oct 28, 2019 - Cut 1 inch opening in molded tail bracket.

Oct 28, 2019 - Locking ring for Tail Beacon ADS-B is screwed onto the molded bracket.

Oct 28, 2019 - The mounting bracket billed and clecoed to the rudder.

Oct 28, 2019 - Inserted grommet and fed twisted pair wire through to

provided power to the ADS-B unit.

Oct 28, 2019 - The wire came through the bracket opening on the first try.
